Premier Credit Limited (PREMIER CREDIT), a new and fast growing microfinance institution (MFI) in Uganda with a Vision of Turning GREAT Ideas into REALITY.
Job Summary: The Human Resources and Administration Officer will be responsible for providing value added assurance and support.Key Duties and Responsibilities:The incumbent will take overall charge of efficient execution of all country administrative issuesSupporting n key HR activities at the country level
Maintain an accurate record management of staff data
Act as a Liaison Officer for both staff and HODs in HR matters
Participate in training, particularly on HR Matters
Oversee welfare issues
Perform any other duties assigned by the Group HRM and the MD, Premier Credit
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:The applicant should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related studies
At least three years’ experience in the Human Resource Management
Proven ability to co-ordinate, prioritize workload and work under minimal supervision.
Computer literacy skills
Excellent report writing and communication skills
Commitment to high standards of professionalism and confidentiality
Be a good team player with good interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn new things and a good trainer
High degree of creativity as well as a strategic thinker.
Ability to meet strict deadlines
