Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream
1. Responsible for selling affordable & luxury residential properties of SUPERTECH LIMITED and generating business through NRI’s and HNI’s in Dubai/ UAE
2. Responsible for maximizing Sales & Collections through Channel & Direct Sales
3. Strategizing the sales plan and set targets for self and team
4. Knowledge of lead generation and converting the leads to productive deal closures
5. Handling the sales team, aimed at team cohesiveness for achieving the targets.
6. Perform administrative duties and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry. Review the competitor and competition
7. Offer advice and motivate the team members to close sales
8. Set weekly, monthly and annual sales targets for the team members
9. Marketing roles may include handling of social media (Website / Linkedin / Facebook / Twitter) & planning, budgeting and coordinating open houses or other initiatives to develop new leads in order to increase sales.
10. Improve sales by gaining insight of the market & implement improved selling and marketing strategies. Strong conviction to succeed amidst challenging targets with innovative strategies
11. Building the sales talent pool and drive them to the targets is very critical with higher level of motivation
12. Managing Relationship Managers and provide required support to close sales
