Job Title: Administrative Officer (Corper or Intern)

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team. You will perform various administrative tasks to support our employees on a daily basis.
  • To succeed in this role, you should have a flair for helping people, providing administrative support and organising work. You should also show interest in complying with HR policies. You will collaborate with employees from different teams, so interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
  • Ultimately, you should assist employees with their projects and ensure our company’s departments run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for regular company procedures
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Update internal databases (e.g. new hire information)
  • Retrieve company and employee data, as requested
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Reside within Lagos with daily commute to Ikeja.
  • Must be a Corper or Intern.

Skills:

  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).

Salary
N15,000.
