Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Descriptions

  • We are looking to recruit Sales Executives.
  • Product: Spices, Seasoning, Sauces and Meat Solutions.

Job Duties

  • Maintain and grow sales and gross margin for the product range in line with company budgets and strategic plans.
  • Manage the sale of the company’s products and services in defined geographical areas
  • Make regular customer visit and facilitate sales for various projects and products.
  • Deal with customer grievances and follow-up with technical team for resolution and various customer trials analysis and support.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels to ensure smooth flow of interaction and transaction.
  • Drive Sales Numbers in accordance with the company’s goals/strategies for the above segment.
  • Ensure Sales Targets are achieved as per assigned product and region/key accounts.
  • Develop dealer network in each state as per assigned territory/region and promote them for higher coverage in the assigned state.
  • Develop good customer base, manager customer relations, facilitate business managers/sales head to organize various business meets/seminars to boost customer intimacy.
  • Prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies, and standards.

Job Requirements

  • Appreciable experience in product B2C sales and marketing
  • Excessive traveling is required in and around Nigeria/West Africa.
  • As per the need of the business, the job is transferable and posting can also be made anywhere in Nigeria/West Africa.

Job Duties

  • Maintain and grow sales and gross margin for the product range in line with company budgets and strategic plans.
  • Manage the sale of the company’s products and services in defined geographical areas.
  • Ensure Sales Targets are achieved as per assigned product and region/key accounts wise through managing of effective sales strategy and follow-up to ensure accomplishment of sales operational plans.
  • Develop dealer network in each state as per assigned territory/region and promote them for higher coverage in the assigned state.
  • Develop good customer base, manager customer relations, facilitate business managers/sales head to organize various business meets/seminars to boost customer intimacy.
  • Focus actively on Key Accounts and seek support from various functional team/management where appropriate to ensure a prompt solution to their satisfaction.
  • Build accurate and detailed profiling for the key accounts to explore new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and recommend sales budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget to ensure business alignment.
  • Prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies, and standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum experience of 2+ years in a similar product line or business model.
  • Well exposed to B2B Marketing and must have exposure in leading a team of 4-5 people.
  • Excessive traveling is required in and around Nigeria/West Africa.

Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Job Description

  • We are looking to recruit Territory Sales Manager for a manufacturing company.
  • Product: Spices, Seasoning, Sauces and Meat Solutions.

Job Duties

  • Develop a sales plan and sales strategy for territory that ensures attainment of company sales, and goals.
  • Manages sales of the company’s products and services in defined geographical areas.
  • Achieve consistent, profitable growth in sales volume and revenue through planning, deployment, and management of sales personnel.
  • Deal with customer grievances and follow-up with operations and sales support team for resolution and various customer trials analysis and support.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels to ensure smooth flow of interaction and transaction.
  • Assess various information tools, identify business opportunities, manage the scope of new product development and pinpoint bottleneck areas i.e. market threats, competitors initiatives etc. to further increase sales volume, market share, and profitability.
  • Establish and manage effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
  • Develop customer relationship and intimacy.
  • Explore new business opportunities and ventures for business growth.

Requirements

  • Well exposed to B2B/B2C Marketing and must have exposure in leading a team of 4-5 people.

  • Well versed with computer operations to handle weekly/monthly reporting
