    Role Asst. Manager

    Educational Qualification MBA(HR) / MSW / PGDHR
    Experience 5-8 years of experience in HR 
    Reporting to Functional Head – HR

    Business Leaders Implementation and tracking of talent development processes, identification of business needs, review of process effectiveness

    HR service providers Technology and administrative support as required
    Talent development consultants and training vendors For expert advice on talent development benchmarking and planning and imparting training

    Role Purpose
    Responsible for effective execution of the actions planned for all HR processes 

    Authority 
    Authorised to effectively implement planned actions & thereby evaluate the effectiveness under the defined process planned.

    Key Responsibilities 
    ” Assist in recruitment; organise interviews, follow-up with candidates till their joining. 
    Handling the onboarding services for new joiners – Completion of Duty Joining Formalities and organize their induction by coordinating with HODs.
    Ensure allocation of the company staff accommodation to new joiners. Arrange initial hotel stay for employees who are not eligible for company accommodation. 
    Updating HRMIS and prepare monthly HR reports 
    Maintain the personal files and update the employee documentation. 
    Handle employee queries and advice on policies. 
    Preparation of all letters pertaining to HR activities Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Salary certificates, Experience Letters, Transfer Letters, Relieving Letters, etc. 
    Preparation of training calendar. Coordinate training activities, maintain training records and employee training log.
    Conduct various trainings as per calendar for operators, officers. 
    Regularly update the Recruitment Tracker, Organograms, etc. 
    Coordinate with the PR manager for receipt of employment visas and provide required documents for the same.
    Employee engagement – Play active role in conducting various employee engagement activities, implementation of Rewards & Recognition program and Suggestion Scheme 
    Coordinate with Mobile Service Provider for billing issues, employee requests pertaining to mobile service. 
    Handling ticket booking /Hotel reservations in absence of Admin. Executive.
    Contract Labour Management Provide the required manpower as per production plan in coordination with contractors/manpower supply agencies. 
    Ensure training of contract labour on GMP, Good Hygienic practices, etc. 
    Checking of contract labour bills
    Ensure PPE & Apron Issuance for New Joinees and annually for existing employees in coordination with EHS Executive.
    Assist in customer Audits related to HR, Labour & Ethics
    Assist HR Head in taking disciplinary action against the contract labour/company employee.
    Take care of Staff accommodation 
    Canteen management Coordinate with Food supplier and ensure service levels. 
    Addition and deletion of Medical, Life and Workmen Compensation Insurance for new and exiting employees. 
    Miscellaneous tasks given by HOD from time to time.

    Strong project management skills
    Ability to interpret policy and procedure
    Strong conceptual, planning, and decision-making skills
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to invoke change
