    Educational Qualification(Required) M.Sc./ B.Pharm. / B.E. (chemical/mechanical)  

    Experience (Required)   8-10 years in Personal Care Products/FMCG/Pharmaceutical manufacturing Industry   

    Reporting to – Head Production ring Industry   

     Role Purpose   To look after manufacturing &  Packing section of soaps and meet the production plan                                                                                            
    Technical Skills & Knowledge –  
    Thorough understanding of the nature of product with respect to process. Planning skills, People management Interpersonal skills Computer operating skills    

    Key Responsibilities 
     Ensure the achievement of monthly production targets for different SKUs & adherence to the plan in respect of quantity and quality. 
    Increase the line efficiency and target to achieve 80% OEE. Ensure strict adherence to the SOPs for Line clearance, In process control and line start up checks.   
    To estimate manpower requirement to achieve the day to day targets. 
    Training to staff as per the training calendar To communicate effectively the goals & objectives of department to the team. 
    To cultivate good manufacturing & hygienic practices and ensure the safe work practices. To anticipate breakdowns of machines and take proactive and preventive action. 
    To maintain facility upkeep as per GMP, 5S. 
    To maintain Line Balancing & Productivity and optimization of manpower. 

    Implement and maintain the documentation of all related to change control, deviations, rejection, process validation & equipment calibration. 
    To maintain reference standard samples for awareness. 
    To actively participate in addressing environmental, occupational, health and safety issues. In case of emergency, ensure the orderly evacuation of people from Plant to the assembly point. 
    To assist in preparing SOPs, WIPs and control formats and provide inputs for automization of process. 
    To always keep the Plant ready for customer visits and audit handling.  
     To map the cycle times and inputs to minimize process cycle time.   
    Detailing of operations and MIS generation and reporting
