    One of our leading IT clients is looking for FEMALE Client Account Manager for Dubai / Bahrain Location.
    Job Title: Client Account Manager
    Job Location: Dubai / Bahrain
    Experience: 10 to 20 Yrs

    Job Description:
    Develop strategy, tactics and sales plans for key accounts & Develop C-suite relationships with these key customers
    Work with key stack holders
    Continuously generate strong pipeline & pipeline management
    Understand customer business and pain points
    Complete understanding of the bid management process
    Responsible for Order Bookings/ Revenue, Collections as part of the overall sales engagement
    Identify and qualify new business opportunities
    Work with alliance partners to extend our sales efforts in the accounts.
    Resource planning and mobilization
    To ensure maximum geographical reach and coverage
    Work on market development and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory – selling existing and new services & developing the sales territory
    Responsible for full sales cycle and account management tasks, from prospecting all the way to client retention
    Ensure quotations are priced and submitted on time with secured payment terms
    Manage Invoice Submissions 
    Liaise with other departments across the organization (particularly in implementation and client services) to ensure that sales activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall corporate objectives.
    Able to generate leads through various networks and converting the same to increase business
    Extensive understanding of local market and deep penetration for increasing sales
    connect and interact with CEOs CXOs, HR Head / Finance etc., and creating connect thereby increasing the sales volume.
    Respond to RFPs, EOIs and able to understand the scope, profit, risks etc.,
    Able to articulate well and should have the capability to convert passive clients into real time business deals.
    Prepare reports / trackers for the various activities involved in achieving the sales plan.
    Deep Account Management and Penetration Strategy in all the accounts using the right skillsets and relationship management
