    Head the business in Sri Lanka & be responsible to increase the revenues for the company.

    Execute a strategy from winning combination of sales, marketing and business strategy to ensure company growth and increased turnover.

    Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase in market share for the complete product change.

    Conduct research to identify new markets and changing perceptions.

    Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

    Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

    Developing & securing business through strong network of Architects, Interior designers, Project Management Companies.

    Sale of Corporate furniture like seating, modular, chair, loose furniture storage etc

    Developing and Maintaining contact with client personnel to identify future projects and enhance overall client relations to assure repeat business from them.

    Preparation of proposals, bids, sales product quotations and business presentations.

    Delivering Mock-up and creating Brand experience for Prospects.

    New Business leads and conversion.

    Generating the business for Design & Build Projects & Turnkey projects

      Ability to build rapport
      Time Management and planning skills.
      Self- starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem solving skills.
      Excellent communication and negotiation skills,

      Implementing Out of the Box Marketing to increase the turnover
